DIRECTIONS

From I-95 North/South:, Take Exit 18. Head North on to the Sherwood Island Connector until the Post Road. Make a left on to the Post Road. Get in the left lane. Make a left at the U-Turn circle. TARGETRAINING is on your right.

From the Merritt Parkway:, Take Exit 42. Head South on Route 57/136. Take until the Post Road. Make a left. Continue 2 miles past Compo Road and Roseville/Hillside Road. TARGETRAINING is on your right.
